Under the initiative ‘Mentoring Young Minds’, Esbee was pleased to host another industrial visit from IMERT college on 8th October 2022. We started the initiative with the prime intention of giving an experience of practical learning to the management students, and it is getting a great response. With IMERT, it was no different. The students were keen to know how an organization functions and what are the roles and responsibilities of every department. Our MD shared his experiences and enlightened students with some corporate world expectations.
